Remote WordPress Delivery Workflow for Agencies

I've been working remotely from Verona for over a decade. Here is the workflow I use to stay useful to agency teams without becoming another source of project noise.
The Toolkit
- Slack / Teams: Essential for quick "unblocking" questions. I plug directly into your workspace.
- Email & WhatsApp: I use these channels for weekly updates and quick reports, ensuring you're always in the loop without scheduling unnecessary calls.
- Trello / ClickUp: I need transparency. You should always know exactly what task I'm working on without asking.
Sync vs. Async
We don't need to be in the same time zone to be effective. Asynchronous work actually promotes better documentation. By writing things down clearly, we avoid the "watercooler effect" where decisions are lost in casual conversation.
